We collect anonymous usage statistics through Firebase Analytics, including feature usage frequency and device information. This data does not contain personally identifiable information.
We collect crash reports through Firebase Crashlytics to improve app stability. This data does not contain personally identifiable information.
If you sign in with a Google account, we obtain your basic profile information including: email address, display name, and profile photo URL. This data is used to identify your account and associate it with your coin balance and usage history.
Once signed in, we store the following data in Google Cloud Firestore:
If you use the YouTube KTV playlist sync feature, we access your YouTube playlists in read-only mode (youtube.readonly) via Google OAuth 2.0 with your explicit authorization. We do not store or upload your YouTube data to any server; all processing is done locally on your device.
When purchasing coin packs through Google Play, all payment transactions are handled by Google Play. We do not access or store your payment information. We only record the coin balance change after a purchase is completed.

Used for AI music and video generation. Your prompts and generation parameters are sent to Apiframe for processing. Generated video links are also hosted on the Apiframe platform.

You may revoke this app's access to your YouTube account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Account data on Firestore (including coin history, AI image and video generation records and prompts) is retained until you request account deletion. YouTube playlist data is not stored on any server. Anonymous usage statistics are retained by Firebase according to their own policy.
By using the Feng Tools coin system, you agree to the following terms.
Coins are the virtual currency within the Feng Tools app, used to redeem paid features such as AI music, image, and video generation. Coins have no real monetary value and cannot be converted to cash, gift cards, or any other items of value.
Coins are purchased through Google Play in-app purchases, and all transactions are handled by Google Play. Available coin packs:

If AI music, image, or video generation fails due to a system error, the deducted coins will be automatically refunded to your account.
Refund requests for coin pack purchases must be submitted through Google Play's refund mechanism. Generally, Google Play provides a refund window within 48 hours of purchase. We are unable to process refunds for payments already completed through Google Play.
Coins already used for music, image, or video generation are non-refundable, except in cases of generation failure where the system automatically refunds coins (see above).
If you delete your account, any remaining coins will be forfeited without compensation or refund. Please ensure you have used your coins before deleting your account.
If the app is discontinued, we will provide advance notice and make reasonable efforts to inform users. However, virtual currency is not guaranteed to be convertible to cash.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notifications. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The copyright ownership of AI-generated music is unsettled under current law. This app does not guarantee that users hold full copyright protection over generated music. Users should assess relevant legal risks before publishing or using generated music.
AI music generation results are influenced by model characteristics, prompt descriptions, and generation randomness. We do not guarantee that results will match a specific style, quality, or user expectation. Each generation may vary.
Whether generated music may be used commercially is subject to the underlying AI model's license terms, which may change at any time. This app is not responsible for any legal liability arising from the commercial use of generated music. Users should verify compliance on their own.
Users bear full responsibility for the content of prompts entered for music generation. Do not enter prompts that infringe on others' copyrights, violate laws, or contain inappropriate content. Any legal disputes arising from prompt content are the sole responsibility of the user.
Your text prompt will be sent to our cloud server (Firebase Cloud Functions) for AI image generation and processed through a third-party AI service. Please do not include personal sensitive information in your prompt.
Generated images are stored only on your local device. No image files are retained in the cloud. Please back up your images yourself. If your device is lost, reset, or the app is uninstalled, images cannot be recovered. This app is not liable for any image loss.
You bear full responsibility for the content of your prompts. Server-side content filtering is in place. The following content will be rejected and coins will not be refunded:

Your text prompt and selected generation parameters (model, duration, resolution, etc.) will be sent to cloud servers for AI video generation. Currently supported models: Seedance 2 and Veo 3.1. Generation takes approximately 2–5 minutes; you will be notified via push notification upon completion.
Generated videos are hosted on a third-party AI platform (Apiframe). Download links have an expiry date and will become inaccessible after expiry. Please download your video to your device gallery promptly after generation. This app is not responsible for any video loss due to expired links.
When using the Veo 3.1 model with audio generation enabled, additional coins will be consumed (rate based on duration). The copyright ownership of AI-generated audio is equally unsettled under current law, and this app provides no copyright guarantee.
